How to Balance and have Freedom.

Breath.
Sometimes things can so fast paced that one could forget to breath. Stiff backs,thought filled minds,moving feet to wherever which is supposedly meant to make life better and more comfortable .Ironically the body at times get a little uncomfortable.
Has me thinking balance is key and can not be taken for granted.The goal to make life comfortable doesn't have to impose sacrifice of present comfortability .Conscious care of the body is important now and later.



Balance is important in all areas of the life that way there is no loosing track. Track of social,professional,health  and wellness of one's life. All life experiences ,detours and happenings are a lesson to achieve the balance because only then shall someone enjoy blissful freedom.
